Default Classics on the common

Harpenden Common to be exact.
26th July.

If you are into your classic cars then this is the place to come and see some. They fill up two parts of Harpenden common. And it usually gets quite hetic. Its free. They usually start getting there anywhere from 4pm right up to 8-9 pm in the evening.

You can walk around the cars and bikes and chat to the owners, whilst you are sipping a cold brew from the pub accross the road.

Thanks for your support guys.
This is a nice little event to go to in th evening.
Did I forget to mention that not only are there classis from yesta year, but up to the minute supercars. two years ago there was 4 Dodge vipers, Lambos, Ferraris', Corvetts, tanks. Its quite an event...oh yeah and the lambretta convoy...how could I forget

And a good few years back, one of the Caterhams or Westfields (kit car anyways) hot his sump comming out of the car park/field and left a loverly long trail of oil up the road - and you know what this means, yep, all the high performance cars lighting up there rear tyres in the oil and getting tank slappers.

I'll be there.
