It's ok now Paul, it seems to be working again!

 

User error

 

i logged on the service provider, someone had cut a fibre in their network and a backup one didnt take over hence the outage...it shoudl be back up and running now. Im not sure if we can expect a few niggles for the rest of the day though while they get it sorted..
