Sadly there booked weeks in advance and with my changing rota I'm gonna have to go with a main dealer.. is the owner of Holcroft (SP) on here still ?

 

I recently got tempted away from Prosport to try somewhere a little cheaper , big mistake
After putting up with my car running poorly for a couple of months I went to see Pete and now the car is better than ever
Prosport aren't exactly expensive anyway as they are an official Subaru service centre and are much cheaper than other main dealers.
I have learn't my lesson the hard way and in future wont be taking my car anywhere else

Just to add, it wasn't Scoobyteknix, many people from the LADS club are using them and seem to be pretty happy with them.

PLEASE dont take it to holdcroft ! if it aint broke when it goes in it will be when it comes out ! oh and youll foot the bill. the wait for PROSPORT is always worth it

 

Mr Colin from Holdcroft has been more than helpful, this is the third service I've had with them and they are nothing but professionals.

I'm on my way there in a minute, I tried Prosport, they were busy, main dealer is expensive I know, but I get a free hire car too !!

Just got back from Holdcroft.. spot on. No problems and I'm happy to continue to use them.

Colin made sure I knew what they had done and what needs doing and apart from the crappy Micra it was a top class service!

Under £200 for service, hand brake repair, window repair, tracking and a stamp in my book

Looking forward to getting my pod fitted and probably anything else I get done !

 

i must apoligise for my comments as colin has contacted me and told me theres been a staff reshuffle he apoligised for the problems i had at the time and has asked me to give him another try so you never know i might be there in the near future

 

I've got to book mine in now and will probably use Holdcroft too so I hope they have improved.

I will let you know how I get on.

 

Booked it in at Holdcroft.

Both Holdcroft and Prosport were extremely helpful so it was a tough choice to pick between them.

Holdcroft is only 5 minutes away though so if they do a good job I will take it there for all future services.

 

Scoobyclininc Why not give them a try i rate them really highly
