I've just removed a carbon fibre film trim from the dash, and there seems to be a discolouration to the dash. I used an adhesion promoter when sticking it on :cuckoo:
What'll bring it off? Have I ruined my dash?

I would second WD40, but...
Dazza, what do you use to get rid of the greasey feel that WD leaves behind?

Give it a wipe with a J-cloth or similar, impregnated with Mr Muscle Orange or similar. Wipe again with a damp cloth, and dry with a tea towel. (We CAN'T leave owt to dry naturally where we live, not unless we want huge fek-off lime stains everywhere! Cheers Anglian Water!

Cheers guys - looks like the dash has reacted with the glue, as it's gone a light grey
I've used a product from Maplins called label remover and it works a treat, for the dash i've just got some Poorboy's Natural Look Dressing and it brings the dash up looking like new so it might be worth a try :thumb:

What's it like on mild scuffs? And where was it from?
Thanks, Alcazar

I assume you mean the poorboys stuff, get it from HERE (http://www.polishedbliss.co.uk/)
Not sure on mild scuffs as my dash was just a bit dirty but it bought it up looking like new :)
