Neil Kinnock's Need for Speed
I wouldn't give the time of day to this Welsh windbag but don't you think the fine is disproportionate to the "crime" committed?
57mph in a temporary 40 fine £400
63mph in a temporary 50 fine £400
and under the totting up procedure a six month ban.
Maybe understandable if they had happened on urban roads but both "offences" occurred on the M4.
The magistrate said the fine would have been £600 if he had pleaded not guilty - why? These TaWats are power mad.
