Fitted back in July last year... had first majorly worrying incident this evening...:eek:
Entered code, LED did not light so presumed bulb had gone - not ideal but liveable with...
Drove off then got the warning pips telling me no code entered. Entered code correctly, still warning is going on, re-entered code, still warning! Re-entered code STILL WARNING!!
Pulled over and switched engine off, re-entered code - Still going then BAM - Welcome to Siren Hell :eek: :(
I got out of the car to clean the blood from my ears and once the noise stopped got back in and on the third attempt after getting back in, the code was accepted :mad:
Drove it home, but now what? :confused:
Has anyone had this happen? Should I risk driving into work tomorrow or get it straight back to the installers to get it checked out?

your pad might be faulty. Common problem. You don't enter your code with your nails? as this can cause the pad to wear out easily.
