1 of the Williams crashed (fairly sure Webber) and so did Luizzi who apparently was driving a RBR at the time, not his STR :confused:

If you are thinking of going tomorrow, make sure you have ear plugs and try to get somewhere else on the circuit that the usual Bridge/Complex/Main Straight area. Becketts is good for seeing the things change direction and Club is good if you want to get close to the cars when they are going (relatively) slowly.

How much of the circuit was open to the public this time.

"Officially" only Bridge -> Start Straight -> Turn 1

Though I managed to get round to the back of the circuit by turning right by Bridge and walking anti clockwise round the track. If you were to walk out of the car park more to the right, I think you could then get down that end fairly easily.

In fact the only time I had to "cross" a barrier was when I wanted to visit GPR's shop before I went home.


On a side note, the Superspecial rally stage looks like its been abandoned. Its all overgrown and the signage looks tatty.
