I too have had the misfortune of lining up against Andy at Crail, had the Rover at the time though not the scooby, which was pretty quick for a fwd, nothing like an education in whats actually fast though lol, by the time I got it into 2nd and got traction I think Andy was finished. Not able to go and compete at this due to funds, might head down and watch though, not sure. I'll check out the scottish scooby thread. Fastest Route is to get on the M74 out of Scotland, onto M6 till Penrith, off there, across to Scotch corner and head for York from there, tis a doddle, and the road from Penrith to Scotch corner is quite good as well, had an excellent drive back from TOTB last year on it, me in my Rover and a mate in a 600+ bhp rwd Skyline.
