I just went back to edit a thread, and when I submitted the changes it turned my thumbs up smilie from the original post into the default paper/list thing (the first symbol).

Just a thought - smilies are key to showing emotions :)

You can now change the smilie when you edit your post. It probably defaults to the paper type when you edit the post.
