Group buy closing 19th May

Okay guys, after my recent aggrovation with an Ebay ACT gauge. Ive cut my losses and sort a GB on these.

Ive been in touch with Mike Rainbird @ R&B Motorsport who is a very highly respected Cosworth guru. These are identical to the Nomad ones you may have seen.

These are the real deal with a propper fitting kit. Originally designed for Fords Cosworth YB engine but only requires us to drill/tap the cold side of out intercoolers with a 1/8NTP thread.

They are fully backlit and dont suffer from the interference that lesser items do, nor do they fall apart and risk damaging your engine like crap item i got from Ebay did.

These are available in green or for £6 extra available in blue.

Blue

To suit RS Turbos and Cosworths (direct fitment into OE fitting on inlet manifold), just two wires to connect (earth and ignition live) and a sensor to screw in inlet manifold.

Samples every 1s,
backlit,
lifetime warranty (manufacturing defects).
Can be upgraded to control ERL water injection kit.

Cut out required is 45mm x 22mm. Bezel size is 48mm x 24mm. GREEN backlit. To wire up, solid coloured wire is ignition live, striped is earth.

RRP is £42.50 + P+P

Our Groupbuy price is £38.50 delivered!!!

Just to add another quick charecter reference. Mike Rainbird has been insurerd were I work for years, top bloke and well worthy of the praise he receives. Would happily do business with myself for anything I need that he stocks.

How quickly do these update themselves? i've seen alot of these that are so slow at updating that your never getting a true reading of what your act's are.

I want one but got to wait until I've got a bit more Paypal money ready. Only problem is I haven't got the stuff to tap a 1/8 NPT thread. Can it be done by sticking a 1/8NPT 'collar' through a boost hose with a lockring on it?

Is it the Nomad one rebadged or just very similar?

Pics of the probe?

Okay guys,

P1

i will add you to the list.

Silent,

i will run the GB for a few weeks yet and then you can jump in on it, its not hard to get a tap for thr cooler and i think this is the best method of installing the sender. Maybe you could call or email Mike and ask him about other fitting methods.

Bobs,

I dont have any pictures of the sender itself, i had one on my cosworth, its a small brass elbow that screws into a 1/8th NTP thread with the sensor mounted inside it. Its very neat and descreet. This is the best designed kit on the market and theres no chance of the sensor coming off and going through your engine like lesser Ebay kits that just get put under a boost hose.

R&B Motorsport make these for Nomad, They are Identical!!
