It depends who you listen to .Did get the Police knocking on my door about 18 months ago asking me where my car was at about 3 in the morning (RB5) .Showed them it was in the garage .They had been chasing one round Manchester with the same plates on .Cheeky cnuts .And so were the cloners !!:thumb: anthscooby01 31 March 2006, 00:48 My mate sold his 205 GTI 1.6 many years ago to local gangster and couple of days later gets knock on door off Mr Plod. Ur motor has been involved in accident etc!! My mate says well car is in garage 'there it is' in his garage. Plod says well GTI in ur name has been chased by us 2night and crashed. Car is write off and engine is 200 yards down road away from car!!! P.S. gangster in question is now doing life for shooting an OAP dead in local so needless to say my mate did not utter his name!! bob r 31 March 2006, 10:49 i also live in the very peaceful and quiet village of manchester, it aint so bad. i know of a very capable and reliable alarm company in stalybridge called "trilogy" i had a clifford blackjax anti hijack system fitted by them,:thumb: i dont know what i would do without it,( probably have to start carrying me uzi around again):D i think trilogy has a website |
