Had a quick look over the weekend but can only see one bolt visible. Am I right in saying theres 2 bolts either side?

How do you get to the other bolt?

Also, if fitting a geniune Subaru spoiler how do you get to the other mounting points?

the other bolt is under the rubber stop - and it just pulls off.
