Thumbs up What bhp

I have now got the chassis setup so now I want the extra power and I have the following bits ready to go on

Walbro fuel pump
440 cc injectors
sx Fuel regulator
FMIC
Apexi FC and Commander
Fully decated system

What sort of BHP should I be looking at with all these mods, and waiting for reply from Andy F to see if the existing turbo is sufficient
So it shouldn`t be too long now

You have been a busy boy, with that lot fitted i would IMO advise you dont go over 3000 rpm untill the mapping has been done, with ref to the injectors are they new ones, also does your car have the phase 2 fuel rails, have a word with Rich at powerstation on saturday he should be able to tell you what new gaskets and seals you will need to complete this upgrade package..

With regards what results, who knows, depends on what you want and the mappers advice, 300-320bhp with 300lbs ft, would be a good out come, and with a well sorted brakes/chassis setup, that will make for a very quick car, and not just in a straight line..

With all that you'd be looking at a similar power output to DannyBoy I would imagine - Dan?

Just remember to lube both the upper and lower O ring seals prior to fit, helps to eliminate pinching..

Sorry to hear you cant make it..

What year car have you got, and what turbo??
Later classics come with 440's as standard.

As for fitting ACE Motorsport should be able to sort all that out for you, they done most of mine, just did the FMIC myself. Then just get Andy F to fit and map the apexi, he also did my mapping.

ACE Motorsport are in newbridge and tel is: 01495 244 555 or 07866 736878, keep trying as he sometimes takes a while to answer.

Post Keeping Cool..

Geraint,

With all that you are about to do, IMO you should take a look at this link below , have already ordered mine, for what is only a small outlay the rewards can be very noticable..
