I was putting a pc base unit into the footwell of the car and managed to bump the rear door with it, a mate says i could get it 80% better using a dent company but cant get it out. Any ideas ?

It's a difficult place, but it can be done.
Dent-services use those "stick-on-and-tear-of" things that they glue on your car and then pop off with a sort of counterweight.
It's once done on my car and saved me a bodyshop bill and respray for less then 50 £.
