Have a set of Tein fully adjustable coilovers and am doing a track day at Brands Hatch on Mon and would like some views on setting the rear v the front struts. I have a MY00 wagon.

I had my damping one notch stiffer on all corners. The only other change I did was to increase -ve camber by another 1 degree on both front but our local track is short and does not have long fast straights.

I would say, make small changes, systematically and check all aspects such as tyre temp, wear and cornering feel after each setup change. Ultimately, the driver makes more of a difference than the setup. Well for me it does as I am the weakest link...
