Question DS2500 Pads?

Are these any good and where's the best place to get them?

Demon Tweeks have quoted me 103.00 incl. VAT

Cheers

Ben

got these on My classic with godspeed 335 kit.
originally had mintex pads but chucked loads of dust off.
heard DS2500 were better but squealed a lot. but thought i would give em a try.
no different feel to mintex , miles less dust and no squeal! done about 7000miles no probs!

Yeh, I've got Red Stuff's at the moment and don't think they're that great. Haven't lasted very long either. I'd definately like something a bit more responsive and grabby.

What are people paying for their DS2500's?

Had 2 sets on my classic and they're great pads, recently fitted Pagid RS4.2-1 Blacks to my newage and they are great

Get my stuff from http://www.asperformance.com/

I'd try AS Performance too. Alyn user name Stockcar should be able to sort you out!

Yes...................... AS Performance sorted me out with some DS2500's. Much better pad than Subaru stock pad, and i hear they will last too. I think I paid £120 inc VAT & del.

I fitted them myself and could not believe how easy it has.

Also Alynn is a wealth of knowledge on the subject of braking on scoobs! He was happy to talk to me for 20 minutes about various stuff. Top guy!

The Padgid 421's I've just fitted to my newage WRX are starting to give me some feel (~100 miles) and already they feel sooooooo much better than the OEM ****e..!

Got Padgid 421's, goodridge S/S hoses (upgraded) and 1.5 ltrs Motul 5.1 delivered for £205 from Alyn at ASP..!

Put it this way, I've been out today and, after the 'bed in routine' the braking it fantastic (something that couldn't be said for oem setup..!). For the first time the seat belt feels like it's cutting you in half and the bonnet dives like a good'en..!

How much is down to hoses, pads or fluid I can't say but certainly together the best £200 I've spent in a while..!..
