LOL, I refuse to pay 15 quid for the 'universal cap' so I'm working on another solution.
It's a pretty poor piece of kit in my opinion, even the tyre valve connector doesn't fit properly.

Do you know if the classic is the same size as newage..?

The alternative is to buy a cap from mainstealers and drill an 8mm hole in it.

PITA if you ask me..!

Out of interest, how do main dealers bleed brakes, suppose they have a custom made system.

Sorry, I don't know if the caps are the same size. A main dealer will relieve you of £15 for a new cap, so I drilled a hole in my existing one and blanked it off with a blind grommet. Unfortunately the cap isn't designed to be airtight (if you look closely there are two grooves in the lid) so even using the original washer you still can't get an airtight seal.
I suspect dealers use a system which sucks the old fluid out through the bleed nipples and so doesn't need to pressurize the system.

B@ll@ks..!

Found a scrap yard that's got one (was going to get it on monday) and thought I'd have it sorted..!

Where are these grooves in cap, can't they be sealed with a large rubber washer inside the cap..!

If you have a spare cap you will probably be able to seal the grooves with some silicon sealer and use a big washer (I think one from the Eezibleed kit will just about fit) have a look at your existing cap and you'll see what I mean.
