hi, what pads do i need for the rear on an my93?

early single pot sliding caliper, the JDM cars, early UK classics and leggy turbo's all use the same set-up................

whats the best (read cheapest) place to get some from. also on the subject of rear brakes, how do you adjust the handbrake? the handle seems to come up an awfull long way
