is anyone interestred in meeting me in Ireland on the weekend of the 20th. Im stopping over in Dublin, then going travelling.Have a new P1 and would be interested in meeting fellow scooby owners

I may be able to make the show in clonakilty (co. cork?), what type of show is it, classic, sports etc?

Do you have any local or national scooby meets? We have a local meet every month here in bedfordshire.

If u fancy it theres a trackday in Kirkiston(about 1.5 hours dreie north of Dublin)on the 22nd.Im taking my scoob along with a few mates with their various pieces of machinery.

 

would b up for that but not tracking my car, i get it delivered on Monday and dont want to stack it!!!

Will be up for popping along though and seeing yous all tear around the track. Got any details?

When i was in ireland last year, there was a bloke just outside clonmel in a garage who was selling a white sti 4 for £30,000 . Are they really that much over or was this a dreamer? I nearly collapsed when he told me, thought he was joking.It would have been worth about £17,000 over here at the same time

 

Afraid so..........Ireland's only P1 was sold second hand for 50k!!!!
We've got a terrible thing over here called VRT and add this to Vat and it's 46% to the government!!

this is to inform you that the biggest thing to hit ireland is on the 29th of july at the cork showgrounds.it is a meet of all road/race cars including rs,subaru,gti,vw,jap,ice,traders,kids stuff & family and blow a bangor.

hope to see you at CORK RS2001.it is heading to being the biggest static event in ireland and will have a proven 341 bhp subaru road car with anti lag.now i am hard to convince on the subject of high power subarus but left a buddys wedding reception last night for a spin in this yoke.

i was well impressed (although not converted)

the anti lag lite up the country side all over trim outside dublin and it has been pulled over several times by the cops since it was collected from the tuner in the north on friday.
dont know the tuner or his four wheel drive gear but it is quick and loud.ticks over at 1500rpm and you can smell it from 100 yards away.

I have taken delivery on the P1 now, later than i expected. Have put ss exhaust on and booked in for first service tomorrow. Im 99% sure ill be ready to come over. Unfortunatly I wont be in Ireland for the 29th july meet , i'll b back at work, and the Clonakilty meet may just b too far .
