As per title :

Im looking for a car transporter, with two axles. Preferrably it will have working brakes and a hydraulic hitch.

Paint work etc not important - however structural condition of the trailer should be 100%

Cash Waiting

Hi Andy,

Ive got a Grp A Peugeot 205 rally car which I play with now and again http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/smile.gif

And with the rally season finally cranking up after the F&M business, I want to finish off the list of things to buy.

All I need now is a few entries and a mechanic if anyone is interested ?

Any joy with the clutch yet?

The hesitation in mine is driving me mad. If I cant get it fixed it is defo going down the road. EVO VII Is calling, and I'm very weak ; )

See You Eventually (if I ever get to a track day or meet !)

Got the clutch sorted at my expense by Eastwoods, not a bad bunch.

I'll not be running at kirkiston on july 1st due to prediction of extreme hangover, If I can struggle out of bed I'll take a run up to say hello.

Why not take the rally car up to kirkiston, there are usually a couple of Rally cars there , Escort RS and Astra.

Sorry I'm no help with the Transporter, tried the Autotrader?

Andy,

I rang the seller of The Race Car Transporter for £625, on the morning Autotrader was published.

He promised that it was mine for the taking.

Arriving at his house (halfway into my 70 mile eound trip) his wife tells me he sold it to someone else who got there before me.

Not happy at all.

Anyway Andy, I going this morning to Waterfoot to look at another trailer.

Thanks for taking the time to look at the Auto Trader site and for posting that information.

BTW How did the clutch get sorted in the end. Did you get the cover, flywheel, plates etc.

At the minute I've got the tiniest bit of judder when the car is cold, and Im just wondering what I can look forward to.

Thanks Again

I didn't get a new flywheel, just the essentials and it is working fine, the biting point now is very low on the travel of the pedal and it is taking a bit of time to get used to http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/wink.gif
