Well if it's not bad enough selling my beloved Scoob, i've decided to put my daily driver up for sale now as well, as i have changed jobs and now commute by train so the poor golf is just not getting driven enough.

The car has been in my family for about 5 years and i've been doing 150miles a week in in for the last 2 years, and it still returns 40mpg regularly.

The car is in good condition for it's age and mileage and would make a good run around for someone or a project for an enthusiast.

Anyway details below:

1990 Mk2 Golf Gti 8valve

VW Golf Gti 8V, 5-Door, Big Bumper Model. White, 152k, PAS, Factory Sunroof, New Exhaust, ISV, Alternator, reconditioned gearbox, K&N Panel Filter. Autowatch Alarm with installation certificate. Brembo front discs and Pagid RS pads. Kenwood 6 disc CD changer and acoustic shelf with 6"x9" speaker. Frosted rear light clusters. Some Service history, Regularly maintained, oil change and tune up 1000 miles ago. Unmarked interior no wear on drivers seat.

Don’t be put off by the mileage as she has plenty of life left in her, and I would like to pass her on to an enthusiast. 3 months MOT, and tax, For more pictures please go to

Looks mint getting rid of my scoob in the next 5-6 weeks and if its still for sale once I have some cash I may come look, but one that looks that good for that money I am sure will go fast.

saved from the 2nd page,

nobody wants a cheap runabout, or a good base for a track toy??? Will still give a few newer equivalent cars a run for their money, plus £250pa on classic car insurance!!!

Cheers

Ash
