I'm sure I read a post last week about a meet at Llandow on 22 Sept. I assume there is only one Llandow (near Llantwit Major).
I know the track has been 2/3 resurfaced and bike racing/tuition is going on but I didn't think it was wide enough for cars.
Anyone know anything about this or was it a wet dream?

OK for cars but not the usual track day stuff; bit narrow for that and not too much run off in places.
Still, if you can run in sprint format - maybe two or three on track at any one time it`s superb.
No idea re. the 22nd though.
Cheers

Yes there is supposed to be a track day organised there on 22nd September.
Stef is in the process of getting it sorted and we should all hear shortly.

Not sure about the date but I do remember Ceri (CPofWales) saying that a day was being organised.
We actually had a trial run around the circuit in Ceri's car (about 3 laps if I recall), and yes it has been recently re-surfaced. Nice smooth surface http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/smile.gif , plenty grippy.
Circuit is quite short but has some nice sections to throw a car around. Think we hit around 110 on the main straight before braking hard http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/eek.gif .
Hope this is of some use to you. E-mail Ceri for more info. as he's fairly local to the circuit.
