Chip

I'll be working on Friday http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/frown.gif http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/frown.gif

Saturday-not yet found a spare seat in a car and hence didn't bother getting a day pass. I guess its too late now anyway, so I'll hopefully be getting dropped off in the middle of a field by Chinook helicopter and going into stage SAS style http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/biggrin.gif http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/biggrin.gif http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/biggrin.gif http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/biggrin.gif to evade all the security. Seriously though I am hopefully going to get into a few stages cross country.

Sunday-I'll be at Pembrey service points.

Next year I WILL be more organised (deja vu of what I said last year!!!!!).

Dave, If i had known I would have picked you up on Sat as I had spare seat in car. Had brilliant time on all three days. Traffic wasnt as bad as I expected as we made special effort to start very early every day.. St Gwynno stage car park were apparently full by 5.30AM.Chris did you manage to get in.

Overall I think Cardiff has done a very good job. Superspecial will be better next year after drainage problems, ground settlement etc have had time to settle down.

Till the next meet.

Chip,

No probs mate-i'll try to be more organised next year!!!

Did you get to the final stage at Margam?

If so, did you spot the white police van on the bridge after the flyover with the Laser setup?

We were cruising at about 70 behind the FIA safety cars so I think we'll be ok-only thing is, the central reservation lights were flashing 50mph http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/frown.gif http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/frown.gif .

Snooper didn't pick anything up though and so I guess I would've got a beep had he got me!!!! http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/biggrin.gif http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/biggrin.gif .

Got into Margam OK but needed an extra lung by the time I'd reached the stage. Pissed off that nobody even looked at our tickets. How many people just strolled in?
Dont really know why I bother going to Margam as it always seems they are just plodding along to get to the finish.
Saw the plods on the bridge and they probably got the guy doing about 95mph and not us hopefully. We were alongside Burnsey stopped on the M4 in traffic til he told the police escort with him to take him down the hard shoulder. Alright for some eh.
