Hi all. Just joined up to Scoobynet today. Been a Subaru fan for many years but never got round to buying one till last week.Thought it might be a good idea to make contact with u's for any help and advice I might need on my Scoob. Also, I live in the Angus area and was wondering if there were any group meets?
Cheers.

Yeah, welcome to Scoobynet mate.... there is a lot more variation on here, lots of different things to look at.

But for info on local meets, etc.. Have a wee look over here.

I'm from Dundee and drive a White Celica GT4, EJZ 7***, if you see me then give me a wave!!

Cheers,
Grant

Thanks guys. I've checked out the SIDC site, seems there's quite a few Scottish Subaru enthusiasts. My car is a 22B (number 325) which I bought it down in Southampton 2weeks ago. It was a long way to go but worth it to get the right car. The overall condition is truly superb and it seems to have wanted for nothing when it came to maintenance. The engine was recently rebuilt, brand new set of tyres, tracker, Cat 1 alarm, and a full service history. It's my first Subaru and I absolutely love it! Wish I'd bought one years ago. I've previously had various Mk1 and 2 RS escorts, 2 Avon Lotus Sunbeams, and latterly(in fact currently as I haven't tried to sell it yet)a TVR 400SE. Desperately keen to use it but not so keen to take it out on the mucky, salty roads though. Roll on the springtime!
Cheers, Iain
