Well what can i say...

I had a mechanical accident in my scooby and called the RAC to send a low loader as it had lost drive.

I rang TSL and informed them what had happened and that i needed to bring my car in, that was around 4pm in the afternoon. The RAC finally turned up at 5.30pm and i rang TSL every 15 mins to inform them of the progress getting my car to there garage.

We arrived later that night, they had kept the garage open for us and moved cars out so they oculd get mine on a ramp. They were waiting and helped us get it in. They were tired and wanted to go home but still made the effort to help and make sure i had some where to go.

Took them a couple days to figure the problems and to repair it all. Graham and Gavin are top lads and really do make you feel welcome and like family. As much as i hated paying for the damages at least they made the experience as easy as possible.

THANKS LADS!

Highly recommended

Nice to hear good garage stories instead of tales of woe that seem to crop up

Its sitting in that little waiting area I hated the most. I always ended up buying something......Top company though I agree.

I went to TSL today and I thought they were a top bunch of people, friendly and very helpful. They really seemed to care and sorted my exhaust problem out in no time at all. Will be definitely usung them again, for chargecooler and remap hopefully:)
