Hi Harj

Are you still sorting out the travel arrangements from "Bike to Track" to the Ring for the September trip??

It's just I was wondering if you could start looking into this now so that we could pay for the travel and room.

I think we agreed a date of Friday 28th of Sept - Monday 1st of Oct.

Thanks

Mark

Sorry Mark and others, been working which is strange for me http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/wink.gif

Consider this trip organised as John Reeves (Bike 2 Track) shall once again be utilised for this extravaganza http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/biggrin.gif

I wonder if the French, Belgian and German drivers are ready for the convey through there countries. I suppose its a bit lame against the Gumball.

Matt,

Providing I dont get the 'check engine light' on the way down to Dover there is a chance I will enjoy the drive accross France, Belgium and Germany with you guys in both directions.

As for the Gumball comparison, I need to be practicing for next year's event so it will do me good!! Not too sure about a Turbo R around the 'Ring though http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/smile.gif

Need to put a side some cash for the trip, do you know what the costs will be yet...

Mark,

The costs will be similar to those who came on the last trip (June?), check out the previous threads to be certain but it was something like £120 for the ferry plus £5 per passenger. Hotel about £50 per night for a double, although there is some talk of going to a B&B to reduce these costs next time.

Thanks Tony..

Do you know when we need to pay this ... do we pay on the day we meet or do we have to book it via Bike to track ourselves
