Thinking of getting this as a treat to myself :)

£350 for the printer, around £80 for a pack of paper but no need for ink or any consumables.

Has anyone on here got or used one of these babies?

It uses a colour thermal print ribbon instead of ink and prints at 301dpi, but the paper has to be kodak and it comes in weird sizes apparently.

Quality of prints is high though according to the reviews. But it is a one trick pony, and for the same money, you can buy a canon IP8500 with dozens of sets of the 8 inks and good photo paper, which also prints normal text and graphics, does CD/DVD printing and takes a third of the time to print an A4 at 4800dpi :)
