There will be a motorsport awareness day at DAT (Chad) derby on Saturday 8th September from 11am till 4pm.

Might be interesting for anyone planning on getting into motorsport.

Is this Motorsport day for those interested in doing motorsport professionally or for the odd track day type of thing?

Didn't go to US because my daughter got diagnosed with a medical problem.

Haven't got a scooby anymore because someone ran into me and killed it.

Just been doing sprints/road rallies/track days etc in a old 106. Have to say its more fun than owning a scooby.

Will be doing a one make series next year
(www.205challenge.com) stage rallying.

Got to start building a 205 gti rally car - dow.

The day was about how to get into forms of motorsport ran by mid derbyshire motor club (they meet in heage).

They arrange a couple of road rallies a single venue event called Tyeford which is near Grantham.

Yep I'm in Belper, work in the Mill see your car in the car park. Mine is the white 106 meep meep.
