You could try the Royal Moat House.

Try the Woodville Hotel. I sorted Jerry out there (Secret Agent Man) when he came over recently. Tel: 0115 960 6436.

It's just outside the city centre, (about 1 mile tops), and on a main route into city. You could walk there from city centre easily.

Also The Moat House, (probably more expensive though) which is on the same road about 300M away? Tel: 0115 935 9988.

The hotel Hanslow mentioned is the ROYAL Moat House (owned by same people though). Don't park in their car park it is a HUGE car crime focal point, you could still use that hotel and park in the Multi storey Hanslow mentioned which is Trinity Square car park (safe car park scheme Gold award).
