I've just bought a wrx with cusco comp zero coilovers fitted, not sure if these are type 1 or 2, the ride is unbelievably hard (think the last owner in Japan had it on a track), does anyone know how the damper adjustments are made to make it a softer ride?

Suggest you call RC Developments for advice, they are Cusco dealers.
