Hope you are available this weekend for Surrey meet, sorry for the late post..

Anyway, as before, meet at Newlands Corner @ 1:30pm-2pm.

Then off to the Grasshopper Inn on the A25 near Westerham, towards Sevenoaks (ETA 2:40-3pm)..

Whos up for it ?

Directions are easy. From M25, Junc. 6. head south. At the first roundabout turn left (Westerham) Go thought Oxted, then past a golf course (both sides of the road). Then about 5-10 mins after coming off the M25 on the left hand side is the pub. Its a rather largish place, you shouldn't miss it.

From the M25, come off at junction 10.
Head southbound towards Guildford on the A3.
The first junction is for Ripley, come off there.
Take the 2nd exit on the roundabout towards Ripley.
About 2 miles down, is a Shell petrol station (Burnt Common) on the left hand side, take left at that roundabout.
You are now on the A247, follow that down.
You'll come to a set of lights at a main crossroad.
Go striaght over, and as you near Newlands Corner, there will be big brown signs pointing the way!

Sorry the map is a bit wide, but I thought you'd rather have a bit more detail, than a rough guess!

Hey, never been to a meet b4, but as I've had my MY01 for under a week and I live in Oxted (had my wedding reception at the Grasshopper) I think it would be rude not to come along - so hopefully see you there.

Its been brought to my attention that this clashes with Watford meet, we could go up there if you all prefer? Could I have a show of hands for those that want to meet at Newlands and head up to Watford way? If ALL the people that have already posted to come to this meet vote to go to watford then so be it. Otherwise, we will remain with the original plan of Newlands then the Grasshopper.

Alex, if you lot dont decide to come to us, then perhaps it is worth suggesting we come to you.

I will put a post on the other thread, but if not careful, this could become one of those let the other decide and then make no progress.

I would just like to re-iterate, if anyone that has already agreed to go, does not like the watford idea, the original plan of newlands and the grasshopper will stand, as I don't want to mess up anyones weekend.

Not having been to one of these b4 would I be mad to drive from home (caterham) to the first meeting point and then back to the Grasshopper (just past Caterham)? It would put some more run-in miles on the car though.
