What are the current building reg for a partition wall and door inside a commercial building used for A1 trade only?

Can it be a quick and easy knock up or does it have to be fire/bomb proof wall and door?

WRT fire protection, it will depend on the fire compartmentation in the building.

First thought would suggest 30 mins fire rating with a FD30 door.
