Seems everyone and his brother were taking photos of sunsets last night.
Well I was too and they are in a word crap!

Most of them are only fit for the bin :( but all is not lost its the only way to learn!
Anyway....I thought you might like a little photoshop experiment like Bob did with the rally car pic a while back.

So here are two photos for you to play with.

They are as they came out of the camera but I've resized them for here.
Let me know if anyone wants me to e-mail the originals.
(or are they sooooo bad they really are only fit for the bin!)

Do you think it matters that I've lost most of the details of the bridge?

Um...I'd call it a silhouette :) You could always mask off the bridge and then use Highlight/Shadow to bring out the details again but then to make it look natural you'd need to also be consistent and do that with the foreground.
