I double checked on those setting we used on the AVCR ; general opinion has it that we got it safe and sound. Unless something else figures in the equation they'll be fine; maybe not quite the very best, but not dangerous. How's it go now then?

It's going great, feels a lot smoother in the lower setting and 1.4bar is still giving me well over 300bhp so is easily enough
