Still no car :(
Almost got all the bits now to get it running again.
Just got to get the lambda sensor boss welded into the Sports cat downpipe then I can put it all back together.
Anyone want to buy a H&S decat downpipe for a classic ?

The first 18 months of trying to get it running or even properly are the worst !!!!! Picking the right people to do the jobs is the trick ! (Took me a while to get that bit right !)
But once its going all the hassle is forgotten as the grin takes over !! :D
You know you need to sell it and buy mine ! ;)

I may be able to get there a bit later than 7.30, i dont get home till 7.
to what time will everyone be there till.
is it ok for kids to come alone? as i cant really leave the child at home on his own:norty:

Yeah, I used to take my kids along, but with a working established bedtime routine for our 2 year old, it has become a bit too much effort, so I usually end up coming along on my own, plus the 7 month old is now almost walking so has become a bit of a handful :)
Although that said, I don't know if I'll actually make it anyway, but, you never know...

Boot idea sounds good - kids should be heard, not seen - or have I got it the wrong way round - or is it not seen or heard......
I still think nothing to watch on TV has a lot to answer for ...

Sorry I won't be coming for some serious (!) car chat tonight - a 50 mile round trip in the fog + my lost enthusiasm to drive for any excuse makes a glass or two of wine in the warm seem favourite !
Have a good time - drive carefully (colleague wrote her car off yesterday! :( - She was OK thank goodness).
