I tested the route on thursday the first 20 miles is a bit frustating through the built up areas but when you get onto the hills :D:D:D:D


and the last 10 miles is severe w###ing material !!!

Its so good i am probably going to join the TTS for it as the cumbrian screw loose section know the route quite well :D:D:D:D

Damn john, would love to have come up again this year, but kids at karate comp that day in sheffield :(

Route will be through Durham,Willington,Crook,Stanhope,Alston,then meeting up at Hartside pass/cafe with the Cumbrian nutters,then off somewhere for some scran.

Sorry I could not make it martin due to a family berevement today I will phone you midweek to sort out a time for a visit to Litchfields + the car is booked in with Andy on the 10th of Dec for a map tweek before I put it up for sale.
