Went on Saturday with two golf owning mates, they wouldn't let me run on the strip http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/frown.gif too scared of being shown up I guess http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/biggrin.gif. Saw an Audi Sport Quatro (SWB, I think it was a former rally car, not sure who's) run a 11.34 standing quarter, histerical to watch it launch!

Also saw far too many Golf's with Scoob scoops http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/rolleyes.gif made it know loudly that they looked crap http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/biggrin.gif, and they were just stuck on, not eve recessed. TSR even had a Lupo with a scoop on the bonnet, mind you it also had a 1.8T engine, and no brakes http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/eek.gif

Saw one other Scoob therte, silver L reg WRX 4 door.

Saj, I thought that the silver car I saw run was a genuine sport quatro, which Dialynx used to work out how to mod their replicas...

Did you see their TT? S4 V6 Bi Turbo, so far forward in the engine bay I thought it would lift the rear wheels off the ground! Not a goo idea in a TT with it's reputation for negative lift http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/eek.gif
