Insurance in Northern Ireland??

Anyone know who if any will insure a 2002 WRX with PPP in Northern Ireland?
Every one I try just refuses once the PPP is mentioned!!
Tried....Admiral, Elephant, etc etc etc all online thus far.
If I can't find one soon, looks like I wont be buying after all!
