I think i need to clean the sensor on my 1D, it`ll be the first time ive done it ,does any body have any tips on the best way to clean it, it scares the hell out of me!

I use the Copperhill method http://www.pbase.com/copperhill/ccd_cleaning, I ordered the SensorSwipe from him and some Pecpads and eclipse cleaning fluid from Warehouse express
