I've grown tired of my scooby. Driving around town, crashing over potholes and speed bumps, getting 18 mpg and using it for dump runs
Only being able to carry 3 people in total due to rubbing arches adds to the misery
and I hate running it in winter.
So I decided to sell it.
No I didnt, I got me one of these beasts as well

1997 Mondeo 1.8 LX with 52k miles FSH, years MOT, 6 months tax and warranty with timing belt service for £1400
Its even got its original wheel trims!
0-60 in a corsa eating 10.6 secs
and a top speed of at least 118 mph, enough to beat the boys on limiters
£250 to insure, even with zero no claims bonus

Now Now, I would understand if I'd actually replaced the scooby with it, but the scooby is nice and safe tucked up in the garage, never to be sold
