I think the plate will always be of some value. As one day the Citroen Xantia will be a classic. So may even rise in price again.

 

If the clutch cable doesn't keep snapping.

TBH I don't think it will, there were too many of them and they didn't really stand out. It won't be a 205 - which is only a classic in GTI form, even though all were great cars.
