Unhappy battery runing flat my03 jap import

battery runing flat my03 sti jap import over about 3 to 4 day it will be flat
had a new battery fitted

i see some have had problems with the uk models some thing to do with the tracker

has any one had this problem with the jap imports???

is there diffrent size battery or amps i should have on it???

Not sure of the battery capacity on an import, but the UK model has a 48Ahr I, along with lots of others have had the battery changed for a 60Ahr. Not a complete cure for the problem but a lot better.
I now use a battery "conditioner" which trickle charges and automatically switches on and off as it senses the battery voltage drop. It can be left on all the time if you're away. Mine is the "AccuMate 6/12" - well worth considering.

I would look for something left on. Boot light perhaps.
My car regularly sits for a week without any problems.

so there is two size battery 48Ahr and a 60Ahr ?

will have a look at the Ahr on my one

i look at the boot light that gos out when the boot is shut so that ones ok thanks

have you tried running with your sidelights on all the time?
Some people have had problems with the smart alternator not charging the battery unless there is sufficient load.

will give it a go

had the alternator and battery tested and are all ok
some thing is draning it along the line some were
