Just about to renew my insurance, have found the cheapest quote from tesco, but need to ring up elephant to cancel my current insurance.

I was just wondering whether if when you ring them they offer to match prices or do they just say ok sir thank you and goodbye.

I got my renewl through the post from elephant an it said £1200, so i phoned up A plan and they beat it by £50, so i then went on elephants web site and asked for a quote and it came back £803 so i phoned them up and they said if thats what it quoted then they would do it at that price

Not bad for a 28 y/o with 3 nc living in London and that was with mods

They did the same last year, insurance companys just try it sometimes, seeing what they can get away with
