Just checked out the 7 day weather forecast for Le Mans. It says it gona be 30-31 degrees celcius and sunny on fri-sat

 

We have managed to purchase 5 camping tickets for the same campsite
that we were on last year, it just means that we have no worries about trying to camp after our drive down.

Tickets come to Ł28 which is a couple of pounds cheaper than we paid last year (I think!). Hope this is ok with you all.

Thanks everyone for a fantastic weekend, the best bit had to be the helicopter ride (eh Tim). Could have been a bit cooler, bit it would have been alot worse if it had rained.

Think we will have a few weeks off the alcohol to dry out, NOT!!!!!

I’ve already started saving in the big tin for next year. With any luck I should be able to afford to bring a pool to keep the beer and Champagne cool, along with the rest of us.



The horn ran out, so I had to attach a tin of air freshener to it. Now there is a very loud, but pleasant aroma all around the place, yet my next-door neighbour seems upset about it for some reason………



I will try and get to the GT battle, but I’m not sure what we’re doing at the weekend yet.

Thanks for a great time folks. Still have a very big grin on my face from the French leg. Already sorted dog sitting for next year so bring it on. Maybe we can get a sticker for the cars next time. Apart from drying out the tent have been looking at portable swimming pools, price is good so am going to get one anyway for the garden so if we all bring one that could be a laff. No need to use the washing up bowl Henryk still has a grin on his face from the 'copter and also at how fast the green machine went. Will somebody bring the edited ( or not) footage to the QE? Cant remember who was going to edit it. Looks like we will be going to Rockingham so anybody for a convoy?????
