Hello Chaps

Subaru have stripped down the engine, and apparently I have suffered a Conrod bearing failure on No. 3 cylinder. Parts are ordered and I may even get it back for the weekend.

The nice chap even phoned me today to point out that my clutch is almost gone, and that they will do it whilst everything is stripped down and only charge me for the cost of the clutch!! Bonus!

Hope you are all still enjoying your cars whilst I am stuck in the bloody Zafira!!! (though it was handy for taking my mates and a couple of surfboards to Newquay at the weekend!).

Although, I may actually be joining an ALFA forum soon.........going to look at a beautiful GTV this weekend.........3L V6 24V etc etc etc......in red of course.;)

We shall see.......love the wagon but perhaps I need to start acting my age a little more........and get rid of the Firestrom.....;)

It will actually be the third clutch!!!! :)
