As the title says i have taken of wind deflectors as thay are all cracked and broken! But thay have left the sticky foamy type crap what is the best way to remove without damaging paint work???

iv got the same prob,,some one said use a hair dryer to heat the ****ty stuff up and a bit of elbow grease,,,,
