Nicci: well done, yer on the list :)
Regent: I trust you have tickets and a pass, you are most welcome, it will be interesting to get the timing just right but we can have a fair crack at it, we have the best bit joining the main convoy of 40 + Scoobys running across all the lanes of the motorway, what a sight as we come down the slip road!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I Can’t wait……………………………………

Yes M8, thats about the size of it, and you also get to park up in the door dingers general car park, unless you can get a pass out of SIDC, but it's a bit late now.

Gates open 9.00am
Admission on the gate is £12.00 per adult.

I've mailed one of the SIDC chaps ... probably too late but worth trying I guess.

Hi All,

Could I please draw your attention to this thread I have put up in general.

Just a couple of points on entering Japfest.

It's to help myself and the rest of the team help park everyone up with the least bit of hassle.

Thanks

Nicci: No they won’t be stopping.

The Plan

7.30 leave travel lodge Oxford
For the 30mile drive to Chievley

8.10 Arrive at Chievely Services and plot up in the service area

8.15 ESC leaves Reading services

I will be in contact with Tiny, as they approach the interchange and we can go down the slip road and join them in a rolling intercept.

Probably about 8.30 if not before.

All the best laid plans ;)
