Wilson's - Customer care - a lesson to others.
Well done to the guys at Chadwell Heath.
1) They fitted me in at short notice to supply & fit a smashed fog light.
2) They didn't get the hump when I was delayed in traffic.
3) They offered my wife & I a hot drink as soon as we sat down in reception.
4) Martin the Service Advisor answered all my annoying questions with both courtesy & enthusiasm.
5) Even though it was only a minor repair it was nice to be treated as if we mattered and were not just making up the numbers on a job sheet.
Well worth the extra drive down past Chelmsford.
