ScoobySport's New A8 Suspension Kit - First Pics
Hi All
I am absolutely delighted to be able to show you the first pics of the new scoobysport A8 suspension kit for the Impreza.

These are the final development versions and not the actual final production units, but I don't think a lot will change now so this should give you a pretty good idea.
More information to follow soon, and if you're going to the Autosport show, be sure to check them out.
All the best
Simon

Look v. nice.
Are there other nice new shiny products hiding on your web site without a clicky link to them? (apologies if I'm being dense and missing something from the home page) I seem to remember talk about a very interesting sounding TMIC coming "around Christmas" . . . . .

Simon are these something you have specced Nitron/Guy to produce or are they the "std" Nitron Impreza damper but sold exclusively through you?
Not a dig, a serious question.
FWIW, when we were looking at dampers for the Westie, the only ones we thought were better were Eibach (not the cheap road kits, the proper race ones) and Penske.
I'd say Nitron are more than a match for anything by any other company imo. quality of them is superb

Estimates - please don't hold me to it - of retail are £1500 for single adjustable plus £500 for 3 way.
Craig. They are specified by ScoobySport, and produced solely for ScoobySport and developed in conjunction with scoobysport. Spring arrangement, rates, and damping characteristics are 100% scoobysport, some of the construction methods such as swivel connectors for hoses, and the very clever clevice deisgn are 100% Nitron.
Deal with Nitron is that they can produce the system for other car makes once the scoobysport system is launched for subaru
Cheers

Cheers Simon,
But the ones shown above are adjustable and have what appear to be adjustable top mounts and remote bottles. How much for those, retail, including VAT ? Ballpark will do.

Ian, sorry my post didn't quite come out right
, I was refering to Simon prices, however I'm assuming from what he has said the above picture is the 3 way units.

Nitron are sharing a stand with Emerald, stand 10401. In the main door (Hall 9) then walk between Lifeline and Alcon and they're just in front of you, technically in hall 10. Prodrive aren't there this year.
I have a set of Nitron on my Caterham and they're the bizz. Guy's a top bloke too.

i think i said Simon looks about your size Phil.
Bizzare how we parked almost next to each other and arived at the same time after not being able to bump into each other at all last year.
There is a good discusion going on at 22B about these too in the chassis section.

That's the only problem with Nitrons. Quality is superb, the units are excellent, they're easily a match for Ohlins, the just don't have the market awareness or image yet....
I certainly wouldn't swap ours for anything bar Penske or Eibach race units.
