they are subaru 4 pots as fitted to a my00, they require 16 " wheels to fit

V interested in the Quick shift for my my98 uk car.
Is the ggr shifter usable or is it stupidly short throw.
Also is it easy fora DIY fit at home any other parts needed or intrustions etc.
